Benchmark Technical provides HVAC engineering, design layout, and trade coordination services to owners, architects, and contractors for both residential and commercial building applications. Engineering services include design and specification of HVAC systems compliant to latest industry and building code standards, and focused on maximizing occupant comfort and operating economy.
Design service capabilities extend beyond schematic representations of duct and piping systems to include detailed routing and clearance verification within the customer's building as well as preparation of manufacturing drawings. Solid modeling 3D representations can be created to clarify complex arrangements and provide "walk-through" simulation.
Benchmark routinely provides on-site services including trades coordination, site evaluation and measurement, inspection and documentation, etc.
